Registry of Corporations and Other Legal Entities

The Department of State of the Government of Puerto Rico (PRDOS) offers its online services for corporations, limited liability companies, limited liability partnership, among other types of entities. We provide a free tool that allows you to search for legal entities registered with the Department. Online services include the creation of new legal entities, the filing of annual filings, requests for extensions, payment of rights, certificates of compliance (Good Standing), certificates of existence, amendments, dissolutions, among other transactions.
